We believe that there are often too many circumstances that arise that prevent the vehicles from being returned on time, resulting on penalties for our clients. Traffic jams, delayed or extended meetings, even weather conditions can prevent you from returning your car in a few hours from the pick-up time. We feel that offering our vehicles for 24-hour periods allows our clients to get the full use from their rental and prevent any mishaps that could cause the rental not to be returned on time.

Do I Get A Discount When I Rent A Bentley For A Week Or A Month?

Olric Automotion is pleased to offer all of its clients a discount on their rental price when they have an extended rental contract. If you rent a Bentley for seven or more consecutive days, Olric Automotion Car Rental will provide you with a 15% discount on the rental charges of your vehicle.

If your Bentley rental spans 28 or more consecutive days, Olric Automotion will apply a 30% discount to the rental fee of your vehicle. It should be understood that this discount only applies to the base charge for the vehicle rental and not to any other charges that the renter may incur such as additional mileage or pick-up and delivery fees.

How Does Delivery / Pick-Up For My Bentley Rental in the United States Work?

Olric Automotion Car Rental provides a delivery and pick-up service for all their rental vehicles. When you rent a Bentley from us, we will deliver or pick-up your vehicle for free up to three miles from our Beverly Hills Showroom. Whether you are looking for Bentley rental in Beverly Hills or somewhere in the greater United States area, we can help.

If you rent a vehicle for two or more consecutive days and the value of that rental is in excess of $1,500, Olric Automotion Car Rental will deliver or pick up your vehicle for free within an eight-mile radius from our showroom. For clients that rent for two or more days with a value exceeding $3,000, we will deliver or pick-up your vehicle for free within a 12-mile radius from our Beverly Hills location. Additional miles for delivery or pick-up will be billed at a rate of $12 per mile for Bentleys.

Olric Automotion also provides all their clients with the ability to pick-up and return the rental vehicle to the showroom themselves. Olric Automotion is open seven days a week for your convenience. We ask that all vehicles that are being returned are done so during regular business hours. If you cannot return your vehicle during regular business hours, we encourage you to contact our customer service center to make arrangements. How Much Is It To Rent A Bentley in the United States?

The cost of a Bentley rental will depend on a few factors. The choice of model and the length of the reservation will determine your base rental cost. Rentals that exceed seven consecutive days will qualify for a discount.

Additional costs that may apply to your Bentley rental will include over-mileage fees. Every luxury vehicle rental has a specific amount of free miles that the vehicle can be driven each day. After these miles have been used, a per-mile fee is applied. Each vehicle has a specific per-mile fee based on the make and model. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with all the associated charges of renting a luxury vehicle prior to requesting a reservation.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy For Renting A Bentley?

Olric Automotion Car Rental will give all customers a 24-hour grace period from the time the reservation is confirmed to cancel their reservation without cost. After this period, we will not charge for rental cancellations made at least seven days prior to the Pick-up Date & Time. Cancellations made less than seven days from the reserved date are subject to a penalty of up to 50 percent of the rental value.
