How Do I Make A Reservation For A Luxury SUV?

It has never been easier to rent a luxury SUV in Beverly Hills. Olric Automotion Car Rental has made sure that your experience with the rental process is as smooth running as our vehicles. All you have to do is find the luxury SUV that you wish to rent and click on the reservation button, that is it. Once you select the reservation, you will be prompted to enter time and dates that you want for your selected vehicle, and that will give you the total amount and its breakdown. If you wish to proceed with the booking, you will need to enter your contact and billing information. Once this information is received, the reservation process has started. We will place a temporary hold on your credit card while we secure your rental vehicle. Once we confirm that the vehicle is available for the time period requested, we will charge your card and finalize your rental. You will be notified immediately of the confirmation via email. You can cancel within 24 hours with no penalties. If the vehicle you requested is not available, we will contact you immediately. We will provide you with different options that are available for that time period. If these options do not meet your needs, we will remove the hold from your credit card immediately. Do You Offer Hourly Luxury SUV Rentals?

Olric Automotion Car Rental does not offer hourly rentals on their vehicles at this time. We have found that our clients are better served by having 24-hour rental periods. Even when a luxury SUV rental in the United States is only for a short event, the potential to return the vehicle late is too high, and our customers then suffer penalties. Traffic jams, weather conditions, extended meetings and many other issues can arise when you have a rental vehicle. The safest bet to avoid late fees is to rent the vehicle for a 24 hour period. This also allows you the freedom to go and enjoy driving one of these superior vehicles.

Is There A Discount For Renting A Luxury SUV For An Extended Period?

Olric Automotion Exotic Rental is pleased to provide all our clients with a discount who need extended rental periods. If you need to rent a luxury SUV for a minimum of seven days, we will provide you with a 15 percent discount off of the rental price. If you need to rent a luxury SUV in Beverly Hills for 28 days or more, we will extend a discount of 30 percent off of the rental price. Discounts apply to the base rental price of the vehicle only. Any additional charges that arise from the rental, such as over mileage fees, are billed at the same rate stated in the rental contract.

How Does Delivery / Pick Up For My Luxury SUV Work?

Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rental is pleased to offer a delivery and pick up service when you rent a luxury SUV. We will deliver or pick your vehicle up for free if the location is within three miles of our Beverly Hills showroom. If your rental is for two or more days and exceeds $1,500 in value, we will deliver / pick up for free within an 8-mile radius of our showroom. Clients who have a rental for two or more days with a value of $3,000 or more will receive free delivery or pickup within a 12-mile radius. Extra miles for delivery or pick up will be billed at $9 per mile, with the exception of Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley and Rolls Royce. These vehicles will be billed at a rate of $12 per mile. If you desire, you can pick up or return your rental at our Beverly Hills showroom during normal business hours. We are open seven days a week, for your convenience. If circumstances prevent you from returning your luxury SUV during normal business hours, we ask that you contact our customer service center so that arrangements can be made.

What Does It Cost To Rent A Luxury SUV?

The cost of renting a luxury SUV in the United States will be based on the model of vehicle that you select. Every vehicle has a per day rental price listed beneath the description. The rental price of each vehicle includes a specific number of free miles that are included in the price. All miles driven over that allotment are billed at the price set for that vehicle. We encourage all our clients to familiarize themselves with the rental costs as well as the per-mile costs for the vehicles that they are interested in renting. Every vehicle is pried based on make, model and amenities and will vary.

What Is Your Luxury Car Rental Cancellation Policy?

Olric Automotion Car Rental provides all their customers with a 24-hour grace period once they have reserved a luxury SUV to cancel their reservation without penalties. We do not charge for rental cancellations made at least seven days prior to the Start Date & Time. Cancellations made in less than seven days from the Start Date & Time are subject to a penalty of up to 50 percent of the rental value.
