How Do I Make A Reservation To Rent A Mercedes/AMG in the United States?

Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals has made renting a Mercedes easy. We have streamlined the process to make your experience more pleasurable. After all, renting a luxury vehicle is all about pleasure.

Once you have decided which Mercedes you would like to rent, all you need to do is hit the Request to Book button. Enter the date and times that you would like to reserve the vehicle and that will give you the total amount that you will be paying and its breakdown. To proceed with the booking, you will need to enter your contact and billing information.

Once we receive your request for a reservation, we will check availability for the vehicle you selected. We will place a temp hold on your credit card for the rental amount. When your reservation is verified, we will send you a confirmation email and charge your credit card. At that point, your reservation is confirmed, and you have reserved a Mercedes rental in the United States for any special occasion you have planned. You will have 24 hours to cancel your reservation without penalties, and if you do so, your credit card funds will be released back to you.

Do You Offer Hourly Mercedes Rentals in the United States?

Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rental does not offer hourly rates to rent a Mercedes/AMG in the United States. It has been our experience that our customers are most benefited when they have the vehicle for a minimum of 24 hours.

Driving a Mercedes is something that should be fully experienced, and this simply cannot be done in an hour. Additionally, it has been our experience in the car rental business that incidents occur that prevent our clients from returning the cars on time with short rental periods. Traffic jams, delayed meetings and even the weather can hinder an on-time return.

If your circumstances require that Mercedes rental is needed for a shorter period than 24 hours, you are encouraged to call our customer service center to see what type of arrangements can be made.

Do I Get A Discount When I Rent A Mercedes For A Week Or A Month?

Olric Automotion is pleased to provide our clients with discounted rates when they rent a Mercedes for extended periods of time. Any client who wishes to rent a Mercedes for a minimum of seven days will be given a discount of 15 percent off of the base rental price.

Clients that wish to rent a Mercedes for 28 consecutive days or more will receive a discount of 30 percent off the base rental price. All discounts are applied only to the base rental price of the vehicle and not to any additional charges that the driver may incur.

How Does Delivery / Pick Up For My Mercedes Rental Work?

It is the policy of Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals to provide delivery and pick up service for all of our rental vehicles. We will deliver or pick up your vehicle for free if the location is within a three-mile radius of our Beverly Hills showroom. If your rental is for two or more days and exceeds $1,500 in value, we will deliver or pick up your vehicle within an eight-mile radius. For clients who are renting for two or more days with a value of $3,000 or more, we will extend our free service to twelve miles. Any miles after the allotted free miles will be billed at $9 per mile for most models. Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Bentley and Rolls Royce will be billed at $12 per mile.

If you desire, you can pick up or return your vehicle to our Beverly Hills showroom during regular business hours. Our showroom is open seven days a week. If circumstances arise where you cannot return your vehicle during normal business hours, we ask that you call our customer service center to make arrangements.

What Is The Cost To Rent A Mercedes?

The cost to rent a Mercedes with Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals will depend on the vehicle that you select. Each vehicle is priced according to model and amenities. Every vehicle will have an allotted amount of free miles that are included in the rental price. Each vehicle will have a specific cost for each additional mile used.

We encourage all of our clients to carefully review the costs associated with renting a Mercedes prior to making their reservation.

What Is Your Luxury Car Rental Cancellation Policy?

It is the policy of Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals to provide their clients with a 24-hour grace period to cancel their reservation without incurring a charge. Cancellations made seven days or more before the rental date will be canceled free of charge. Any cancellations that occur within seven days of scheduled rental will be be charged a penalty fee of up to 50 percent of the rental value.

We do understand that sometimes special circumstances arise. We encourage any of our clients that have a special situation where they may need to change or cancel a reservation to call and speak with one of our representatives to see how we can help you with your luxury car rental.
