How Do I Make A Reservation To Rent A Rolls Royce?

Renting a Rolls Royce has never been easier. At Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals, we believe that everything should be transparent and simple. When you are ready to rent a Rolls Royce, simply click the Request to Book button and submit your requested dates and times which will give you the breakdown of the total amount that you will be paying. If you would like to proceed with the booking, please enter your contact and billing information and then confirm your reservation. That is it.

Once we receive your request for reservation, we will verify the vehicle availability and place a hold on your credit card for the amount of the rental. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will email you a confirmation and charge your credit card for the rental. Once you have received the confirmation email from us, your reservation is in place. It is just that easy.

If the car you desire is not available, we will provide you with other options. If these options are not to your liking, we will immediately release the hold on your credit card and cancel the reservation.

If you change your mind, you will have 24-hours to cancel your reservation. We will automatically refund your credit card.

Do You Offer Hourly Luxury Rolls Royce Rentals?

Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals does not offer hourly rates to rent a Rolls Royce. We believe that the experience of driving a superior luxury vehicle like a Rolls Royce takes more than an hour or two to enjoy. We have established our rentals in 24 hour periods.

We also understand that different issues can arise when you have a rental car. Delayed meetings, traffic jams, and even the weather can prevent you from returning a vehicle that has been rented for a short period of time. To avoid penalties, we simply rent our vehicles for a full day.

Do I Get A Discount When I Rent A Rolls Royce For A Week Or A Month?

Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals is pleased to offer its clients a discount when they require extended rental periods. When you rent a Rolls Royce for a minimum of seven days and up to 27 days, we will provide you with a 15 percent discount off of the base rental price of the vehicle.

If you require the rental for 28 or more consecutive days, Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals will provide you with a 30 percent discount on the base price of your Rolls Royce rental. These discounts only apply to the per-day rental price of the vehicle and not to any of the additional costs that a client may incur.

How Does Delivery / Pick Up For My Rolls Royce Work?

Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rental will provide free delivery or pick up of any rental vehicle within a three-mile radius of our Beverly Hills showroom. For clients who rent a vehicle for twelve or more days at a value of $1,500 or more, we will extend that radius to eight miles. For customers that rent a vehicle for two or more days with a rental fee in excess of $3,000, we will provide this service for up to twelve miles. Any additional miles will be charged at a rate of $9 per mile for most makes. Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls Royce and Bentley are charged at a rate of $12 per mile.

If you desire, you can pick up or return your rental vehicle yourself at our Beverly Hills showroom.. Our showroom is open seven days a week for your convenience. If you are unable to return the Rolls Royce during our normal business hours, we ask that you contact our customer service center to make other arrangements.

What Is The Cost To Rent A Rolls Royce?

When you rent a Rolls Royce from Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals, you will be charged according to the vehicle that you selected. Our prices are based on make and model of the vehicle. Every rental price has a specified number of free miles that a vehicle can be driven as well as a per-mile cost when those miles are exceeded.

We encourage all of our clients to carefully review the costs associated with the vehicle that they wish to rent.

What Is Your Luxury Car Rental Cancellation Policy?

When you make a reservation for a Rolls Royce, Olric Automotion Exotic Car Rentals will allow you a 24-hour grace period from the initial transaction to cancel the reservations without issue. If a reservation is canceled seven days or more in advance of the scheduled date, we will cancel your reservation without penalty. Reservations canceled in less than seven days will be penalized at a rate of 50 percent of the rental value.

We do understand that sometimes special circumstances arise. We encourage any of our clients that have a special situation where they may need to change or cancel a reservation to call and speak with one of our representatives to see how we can help you with your luxury car rental.
